Store Voucher (Preferred Option)
All eligible refunds will be issued in the form of a voucher equal to the refund amount.
This voucher can be used for your next purchase at HOUSE OF GADGET.
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Cash Refund (Upon Request)
If you prefer a direct cash refund instead of a voucher, a 30% deduction will be applied to the total refundable amount.
Refunds will only be processed after the product passes inspection and fulfills all return conditions.
Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds are only applicable if:
A wrong product was delivered.
An expired or defective product was received.
The product was damaged on arrival (with valid unboxing video proof).
The order was incomplete (missing products).
Refunds will not be issued if:
The product is opened, used, or altered.
Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, accessories) is missing.
Return/refund request is made after 7 days of delivery.
The claim is due to change of mind or minor performance differences.
Submit a refund request with your order number + unboxing video.
Our inspection team will verify the claim.
If approved:
You will receive a voucher of equal value, OR
A cash refund with 30% deduction (if requested).
