Return Eligibility

Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The product must also be in its original packaging.

Video Proof Requirement: Please record an unboxing video immediately upon receiving your parcel. This video should clearly show:
- The sealed package before opening.
- The unboxing process.
- The condition of the product once unboxed.
Note: Failure to provide an unboxing video may result in the rejection of your return request.

Return Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Incomplete order – missing products
Under what conditions return/ replacement/exchange requests will not be accepted?
- Opened/ used/ altered products.
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
- The return/ replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The exchange request is generated after 15 days from the date of delivery
Refund & Warranty Policy
Warranty Coverage:

1-Month Replacement Warranty:
- Covers manufacturing defects or faults detected within the first 30 days of purchase.
- Product must be in at least 95% original condition (no scratches, cracks, or physical damage).
- Claims will only be accepted with the original receipt for order verification.

1-Year Service Warranty:
- Covers free servicing for manufacturing faults.
- Any replacement parts cost will be charged to the customer.
- The product must remain in its original condition with no signs of unauthorized repair or damage.
Return/Refund Eligibility:

Damaged on Arrival:
- If the product is received broken or damaged, a claim must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- The customer must provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the damage upon unboxing.
- Claims without an unboxing video will not be processed.

Replacement for Faults:
- Any manufacturing defect detected during the warranty period will result in free repairs or replacement.
- Claims for damages occurring after receipt (e.g., scratches or cracks) will not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Non-Refundable Cases:
- No refunds will be issued for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor performance differences that meet standard specifications.
- Claims without valid purchase proof (e.g., missing receipt).
Shipping Costs:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the defect is verified by our inspection team.
Replacement & Refund Terms:
- If a defect is validated and a replacement unit is unavailable, only then will a refund be processed.
- Refunds will only cover the product's price; shipping fees are non-refundable.
Important Conditions:
- Products with physical damage, tampered warranty seals, or missing accessories are not eligible for warranty claims.
- Claims will only be processed if the purchase can be verified through your original order number or receipt.
- Return shipping costs for valid claims will be covered by HOG; otherwise, the customer will bear the charges.
